Working with Sky Creative, we made an AI-inspired ident for the new Sky Sci-Fi channel. Focussing on technology, our 15-second film uses laser lighting and graphic language to tell the story of an AI taking over the channel in a technological void.
Communicating through light, the AI begins to battle the channel itself, gaining control through its advanced technology. This moment of corruption speaks to the sophistication of technology throughout science fiction, and relates to a cultural conversation around ownership of intelligent machines.
